Technician Printing is to ensure the long stops for Mechanical and Quality trouble shooting. PCM stops in STAS codes in & Shifts PCM A%
T and Yield in Shifts.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Responsible for all equipment maintenance in printing, sorting and packing.
Trouble shooting for printing quality issues that related with mechanic (feed drum filling, miss stitch reject, dirt, mashes, etc.
Knowledge of PCM sections
Trouble shooting skills for STAS codes
Trouble shooting skills for Capsule print defects
PCM Machine Maintenance skills
To keep machines in good running condition in Shifts.
To carry out Maintenance & Capsule quality trouble shooting in Shifts.
To Carryout short maintenance during Dish-wash.
To Do Size change, PMs, Corrective Maintenance for NG-CAPMA machine.
G-roll and rubber roll incoming check
Spare parts management
vBox carrier bar & insert washing
To carry out any activity required by Shift In-charge or PCM Supervisor.
To fill all records as required by Procedures.
To adhere to EHS and GMP/GDP guidelines.
Key Requirements
Degree in Diploma/ITI/mechanical.
A work experience of between 3 years to 6 years in the similar role
Good Communication skills
maintenance, corrective Ness, spare parts, preventive maintenance.
Troubleshooting, Computer knowledge
