Job Description
(i) Team Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Assign work tasks and projects to team members, considering their skills and workload capacities.
Monitor technician performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance technicians' knowledge and skills.
(ii) Work Scheduling and Coordination: Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly work assignments for the HVAC technician team.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities or emergencies.
Allocate resources effectively, considering manpower, equipment, and materials requirements.

Salary: ₹+,841.60 - ₹15,000.00 per month
