Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled 2-wheeler service advisor to join our roadside assistance team. As a service advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and ensuring our two-wheelers are running smoothly during the trips
• Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Technicians for breakdown repairs and ensure that they are completed within the promised time frame
• Communicate with Technicians and provide updates on the assigned cases.
Ensure that all repairs are completed to a high standard and that the two-wheeler is running smoothly before returning it to the customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all Breakdown and Technician work done report.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the roadside assistance team to ensure that all Costumers needs are meet
• Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 2 wheeler service advisor or mechanic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
