Description d'emploi
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice comptabilité, le ou la technicien(ne) aux comptes payables prend en charge plusieurs volets du cycle comptable pour nos différentes divisions au Québec, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de comptabilité.

Principales responsabilités

Assurer le traitement adéquat des factures en collaboration avec les achats (three-way match)
Préparer les suggestions de paiements et lancer les flux d’approbation
Procéder aux paiements de fournisseurs sur le portail de la banque
Configurer et assurer le bon traitement des transferts de fonds électroniques (EFT, ACH, wire)
Améliorer le processus de remboursements des comptes de dépenses
Traiter les dépenses de cartes de crédit corporative
Suivi des remises gouvernementales, DAS, impôts et acomptes provisionnels
Participer aux différents projets de croissance et effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes
Compétences générales
Technique en administration, DEP en comptabilité ou toute autre combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée pertinente
Possédez un minimum de (2) années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
Bilinguisme essentiel tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (français et anglais) afin de communiquer aisément avec nos différents clients
Maitrise de Microsoft Excel niveau intermédiaire
Débrouillardise et autonomie
Fait preuve d’efficacité, de minutie, de rigueur ainsi qu’un sens aigu de priorisation de dossiers
Bon joueur d’équipe
Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O un atout
