PFB The Roles & Responsibilities For This Position
• Providing technical assistance in existing & new products, literature & presentation of products. Also ensure proper product training knowledge transfer is done to the team.
• Customer Interaction & Feedback: Analysis of customers feedback received through calls or emails. Providing solutions to customers problems by providing technical help to customers as and when required.
• Providing critical customer interactions to the customer in order to convert sample orders to business orders.
• Monitoring all the trials closely & taking reviews of the farmer regarding the weekly reports and bird behavior.
• Taking samples as per the protocol and reviews of performance parameters on a weekly basis.
• Analysing data from the customer trials with different parameters which include all tests requested to the lab and recorded at the farm.
• Ensuring all Trials Reports are properly documented for future references.
• Helping the team in designing the marketing plan and looking out for proper product branding.
• Updating self with all publications, research papers, blogs or articles. Also provide support to the digital marketing team.
• This position will involve a lot of overseas travelling.
