Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: • Identify and target potential clients within the automotive and household electrical goods manufacturing sectors. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored polymer solutions. • Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 2. Business Development: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Expand market share by actively seeking new business opportunities and markets. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. 3. Technical Expertise: • Possess in-depth knowledge of plastic polymer compounding and its applications within the automotive and electrical goods manufacturing sectors. • Offer technical guidance and support to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable polymer compounds. 4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management. • Monitor sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures. 5. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with the internal technical and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. • Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets collectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience of 6-10 years in techno-commercial sales within the plastic polymer compounding industry. • Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring and retaining clients within the • automotive and household electrical goods manufacturing sectors or their OEM suppliers. • Strong technical knowledge of plastic polymers and their applications. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and the ability to work independently. • Willingness to travel as needed
