Overview: As a Techno-Commercial Sales Manager at, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue generation. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and expanding our client base within the automotive and household electrical goods manufacturing sectors, including their OEM suppliers. This role demands a strong track record of successful sales in a similar industry and expertise in techno-commercial aspects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: • Identify and target potential clients within the automotive and household electrical goods manufacturing sectors. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored polymer solutions. • Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 2. Business Development: • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Expand market share by actively seeking new business opportunities and markets. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. 3. Technical Expertise: • Possess in-depth knowledge of plastic polymer compounding and its applications within the automotive and electrical goods manufacturing sectors. • Offer technical guidance and support to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable polymer compounds. 4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management. • Monitor sales performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures. 5. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with the internal technical and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients. • Work closely with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets collectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. • Proven experience of 6-10 years in techno-commercial sales within the plastic polymer compounding industry. • Demonstrated track record of successfully acquiring and retaining clients within the • automotive and household electrical goods manufacturing sectors or their OEM suppliers. • Strong technical knowledge of plastic polymers and their applications. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and the ability to work independently. • Willingness to travel as needed
