Position: Techno Commercial Sales & Marketing Executive for Chemicals and dyes distribution
Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad
Desired Profile
Minimum 5 years of selling textile chemicals and/or dyes.
The target audience should have been textile processing houses, mills, textile dyeing or printing companies.
Diploma/B. Tech. / B. Sc. / M. Sc. in Textile chemistry / Textile Technology Proficiency in English Language (verbal and written), Gujarati and Hindi.
Proactive and results oriented
Must be willing to travel extensively. Must possess a two-wheeler/four wheeler. Self-starter and self-motivated individual
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Flexibility in working time/days for customer events/entertainment.
Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Job Description
Achieve or exceed the sales plan according to Business Strategy.
Build, develop and maintain good customer relationships. Manage relationships to Companys and customers mutual advantage
Search for, recognize, and act upon sales opportunities that contribute to Net Margin development and improvement according to the business strategy.
Manage receivables.
Monitor actively credit performance and take corrective action within the business guidelines to meet agreed terms.
Manage first line response on technical inquiries from customers
Manage pricing to maximize margins while retaining wanted business
Provide 0 12 month forecast on a monthly basis
Anticipate commercial issues e.g. market news, competitive activity that impacts a delivery of the agreed plan, and recommend actions to enhance Companys market position.
Maintain a close liaison with the Technical specialist to be fully aware of any ongoing technical issues which may affect the commercial situation.
Prepare reports on all visits to customers and present monthly reports to management, detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc. Any other duties, congruent with the accountabilities of this role
