Title: Techno Functional Analyst - Presales
Experience: 5+
Location: Jaipur, Remote
Roles
1). Conduct initial requirements-gathering sessions with clients to understand key business requirements and project objectives.
2). Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including scoping, technical and functional solution review, commercial considerations, and timely submission.
3). Led the development of tailored proposals in response to various leads and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
4). Serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure all requirements are met, including effort estimates, system architecture, and wireframes.
5). Identify key features for POCs or Solution Demos requested by clients and lead the POC team in developing the demonstrations.
6). Ensure the team consistently meets customer requirements and delivers value to enhance the customer ecosystem.
7). Maintain a Knowledge Base of ongoing technical projects and case studies to create institutional memory and reference-ability.
8). Coordinate with Sales, Engineering/Delivery, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals within the defined timelines.
+). Research the latest technology and business trends, exploring potential business opportunities aligned with the organization's capabilities.
10). Utilize analytical solid and interpretative skills to analyze and solve complex business problems.
11). Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, including designing and delivering presentations, chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, and writing reports.
12). Participate in the design, development, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring accelerated client ROI and high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1). Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2).4+ years of experience in the Software Services industry.
3). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including designing, structuring, and delivering presentations, chairing meetings, facilitating workshops, and writing reports.
4). Strong project management and organizational skills.
5). Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6). Knowledge of the latest tech and business trends, tools, Power BI, Tableau for data virtualisation
7). Experience in market research and identifying business opportunities.
8). Ability to review and analyse client requirements, propose solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
