Infrastructure Engineer, (Product- Platform Orchestration /Stream name - Platform Protection)

We?re looking for an Infrastructure Engineer: Mainframe Data Security Administrator ? RACF to:
Responsibilities at UBS:
•
• Taking care of Mainframe Security and daily Business activities for both WMA(US) and CH(Swiss) Mainframe Infrastructure.
•
• Working on incidents, change requests and task requests from GSNOW tool and setup security for applications.
•
• Supporting the Audits and ICAP controls with necessary evidence.
•
• Monitoring and responding to the emails, Monitor Pagecenter tool etc.,
•
• Working on implementation of BBS and engage in all kind of automation activities.
•
• Analyze risk, threat & vulnerabilities and discuss & implement RACF security setup accordingly.
•
• Implementing the zSecure command verifier profiles to enforce continuous security and compliance.
•
• Real time alerts setup using zAlert configuration.
•
• Setup RACF housekeeping jobs and zSecure unload/Access Monitor/Ckfreeze jobs.
•
• Working on automation of audit reports and develop the jobs.
•
• Working on cleanup of RACF profiles, standardization of RACF resources across all the sysplexes.
•
• Using zSecure Access Monitor to validate the usage and identify the obsolete profiles cleanup.
•
• Provide weekend and Oncall support when necessary.
Your team
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You?ll be working in the [Stream - Platform Protection] team in [Location- Pune, MH, IN].
Your expertise
• Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or equivalent focusing on Mainframe Security.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience into mainframe RACF security.
• RACF level 2 and above expertise to handle RACF Security Operations.
• Strong RACF command knowledge and understand the RACF security setup.
• Understand and implement the RBAC (Role based Access Control) setup.
• Implement RACF logging and report generation.
• Configuration of security controls for other subsystems (DB2, MQ, CICS etc.,)
• Working knowledge on zSecure tool (Admin & Audit functions) and able to generate reports using zSecure Carla.
• Able to setup monitoring on mainframe Security using zAlert.
• RACF advanced skills (IBM RACF utilities, RACF and Digital Certificates, RRSF, general resources etc.,)
• Good to have Rexx knowledge, JCL & SQL to support security jobs and in automation tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
