We're Hiring: Techno Legal Professional
📍 Location: Patna | 🕒 Type: Full-time
Are you a Civil Engineer with a flair for law and a passion for resolving disputes in infrastructure projects? Join our team as a Techno Legal Professional and bring your dual expertise to the forefront!
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Analyze disputes relating to technical and contractual obligations.
🔹 Prepare/vet Statements of Facts, Claims, or Defense for Arbitration/Court proceedings.
🔹 Evaluate claims and counterclaims by prevailing laws.
🔹 Support legal counsel in proceedings involving technical aspects.
🔹 Coordinate with project offices, regional offices, and the Ministry as required.
🔹 Maintain comprehensive legal documentation (digital & physical).
What We’re Looking For
✅ Degree in Civil Engineering + Legal qualification (LL.B. or equivalent).
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure-related disputes and contracts.
✅ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
