We have openings with one of Big 4 clients for Techno-functional BA
- Our client delivers a significant presence in the world’s capital markets Technology, Operations, Financial organizations, and analytics platform used by some of the world’s most sophisticated asset managers investing in a wide range of companies and financial instruments in both developed and developing economies.
Location-Hyderabad
Years of experience- 5+years.
Please find below the JD:
Must have 5+ years of project delivery experience in RPA, OCR, NLP, BPM, Workflow, chat bots, Process Mining etc.
Must have hands-on experience on various automation technologies like RPA, Python, C#, .Net, JavaScript etc.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Automation tools across Automation Anywhere / UiPath and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities.
Must have worked on technologies like Low code Applications, BPM, Workflow tools, chat bots, OCR, NLP, digital personal assistant, and conversational platform implementations
Had led large scale implementation of automation program across the organization
Knowledge of OCR tools like Abbyy, Kofax, Datacap, Hyperscience etc. and its integration with the RPA platform.
Must have experience in leading high performance technical teams.
Must have experience in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities and assessing automation feasibility.
Must have experience of working directly with business functions.
Must have experience of scrum and agile methodologies
Should have experience of defining and guiding teams on best practice and development techniques to Internal / Business RPA developers.
Strong exposure to Agile project management and well versed with JIRA, confluence, MS Project etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the big picture and deliver results in a partnering and collaborative style.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to create sophisticated solutions to complex requirements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
