Senior Officer, Specialist, Operations, Client Services, Corporate Banking, Technology and Operations Role
We are seeking a Senior Officer to join our Group Technology and Operations team, enabling and empowering the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day transactions for Institutional Banking Group clients in Trade, Cash, and Loans, working closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless servicing and resolution of transactional and non-transactional matters.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Servicing: Handholding of Trade, Cash, and Loans transactions as the single point of contact for the client.
End-to-end ownership of customer transactions.
Relationship Strengthening: Collaboration with branches, Relationship Managers, and internal teams to resolve queries and issues promptly.
KPI Management: Ensuring self-KPIs and KRI's are maintained as per group standards.
Customer Satisfaction: Maximizing satisfaction and retention by maintaining top-class service standards in all client interactions.
Required Experience and Competencies:
Working knowledge of various Trade Products (e.g. Documentary Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantee, etc.).
5+ years of experience in handling Trade Finance, cash, and loan products.
Excellent Client/Customer management skills and business orientation.
Process and metric management on a day-to-day basis.
Guidance and support provision to the team as required, identifying areas of risk and ensuring proper mitigates and controls.
Familiarity with RBI master directions.
High Emotional Intelligence to connect with customers, think aloud, and empathize.
Education/Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate from reputable institutes.
