Role/ Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager- Projects

Function/ Department: Information Technology
Place of Work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
'-Provide systems input to planning and solutioning (e.g., total effort, changes required to applications, solution architecture)
Present solutions/development and obtain approval at various technology architecture, change control governance/council reviews
Coordinate technical design and development activities between developers, other technical delivery managers and system analyst
Strengthen processes focusing on operational excellence and high quality development, delivery and testing of solutions
Ensure preparation of all delivery, BTO handover and knowledge base documents
Coordinate with and manage vendors (along with providing requisite invoice approvals, governing SLAs) to ensure improved product quality
Key Success Metrics:
'- Delivery KPIs (Time, Budget, Quality, Documentation)
Overall business satisfaction/adherence to requirements
Adoption of new ways of working
