You Are:
As the Technology Delivery Manager for Utilities, you will lead the drive for excellence in technology delivery throughout complex utility client projects. This role emphasizes the seamless integration of people, processes, and technology, enhancing delivery results, accelerating value realization, and fostering continuous improvement through AI-driven solutions and automation.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in tech delivery within the Utilities sector, a strong mindset focused on continuous improvement, and a track record of operationalizing emerging technologies—specifically AI and automation—into scalable, repeatable delivery models that span multiple locations.
The Work:
• Overseeing project and program delivery of technology solutions for Utilities clients, with hands-on experience leading teams across multi-geography operations supporting industry-leading platforms (such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).
• Identifying and implementing innovative opportunities by leveraging Next Generation IT capabilities (like Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs, and Microservices) to enhance cost, quality, and speed for projects.
• Conducting stakeholder governance to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Leading comprehensive delivery across various technology domains (applications, infrastructure, data, security, cloud, OT/IT integration).
• Establishing and overseeing integrated delivery models across onshore, offshore, and third-party providers.
• Delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes aligned with client business goals and regulatory standards.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to utility executives and program sponsors.
Travel is a necessary component of this role, ranging from 0 to 100% depending on business and client needs.
Here's What You Need - Required:
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Integrated Managed Services and Technology Programs and Projects.
• At least 3 years of experience within the Resources Utilities Industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with a Consulting or Advisory firm.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years of work experience; if you have an associate degree, 6 years of work experience is required).
Bonus Points if:
• You have experience with AI/GenAI applications in IT operations or utility operations.
• You are familiar with utility-specific platforms (such as SAP Utilities, Oracle Utilities, ADMS, GIS, OMS, AMI).
• You hold certifications in Agile, AI, ITIL, SAFe, Lean, or Cloud technologies.
Compensation at Accenture varies by a range of factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
