Role/Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager-Projects
Business: Information Technology
Function/ Department: Technology
Place of work: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Ensure technical and functional test cases are shared with Vendor for their unit testing.
Ensure timely follow up with vendor for release patch delivery
Ensure all release are deployed in lower environment as per implementation and rollback plan are mentioned in Release note.
Ensure SIT is performed and system is released to Operation/Business for functional testing within timeframe.
Ensure all bug are reported and fix are obtained within timeframe.
Ensure Change and release management is followed and all require documents are attached to present in RCB for production deployment.
Ensure Sanity is performed once deployment is done.
Ensure KT is given to PE team with require SOP and monitoring.
Ensure release is deployed on DR site and make DR sync up and available for unplanned and planned drill.
Perform Production server monitoring, housekeeping activities, performance monitoring of jobs,
Server provisioning, Binary installation, Handling audit, monitoring UAM.
Address the data requirements or report of business teams
Prepare the Automation plan and implement the same in coordination with OEM
Secondary Responsibilities:
'Ensuring closure of VA, PT, AppSec, ISG Findings, Audit finding, Data Extraction
Technical Skillset:
Graduation In BE/MCA/BSC-IT or Post graduation in Information technology
Have 4+Yrs (Overall 8+Yrs) experience in project /support the application.
Have sufficient knowledge for ETL tools
Have sufficient knowledge for Windows and Linux Basis commands
Have sufficient knowledge for Oracle and MSSQL sql queries
Have knowledge of Java, python programming
Good people and vendor management.
Intermediate banking skills in their domain
Domain knowledge of IntelliMatch application (Most Preferable)
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
