Job Title - Technology Lead
Location - Pune (Magarpatta City, Hadapsar)
Role Description
You'll be part of a global SAP Authorization team responsible for ABAP tool maintenance and development of new tools and develop SAP NetWeaver roles in accordance with Deutsche Bank policies and internal requirements. The analysis of SAP technical analysis for authorization incidents and business requirements, the creation of tickets, role development and the intensive usage of SAP GRC will be part of your daily work. Furthermore, you should be able to understand and maintain tools developed in ABAP.

Your key responsibilities
• SAP NetWeaver authorization role design, administration and analysis
• Analysis of SAP NetWeaver authorization problems and incidents (e.g. authorization trace)
• Maintenance and development of custom developed tools used on multiple SAP systems
• Run SU24 / SU25 updates
• Automation of manual tasks around SAP Authorization
• Ensure user and role creation is done in accordance with the group standards and guidelines.
• Understand the business requirements and the existing authorization concept
• Applications operations support for Authorizations.
• Taking ownership of incidents reported by users, through to resolution.
• Adhering to documented escalation processes.
• In the course of normal duties, identify and report discrepancies in documented processes.
• Manage general queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Recording ALL incidents using the standard toolsets.
• Liaise with development/team leads on user's access requirements, new transactions, role creation etc.
• Provision of technical security and authorizations support and guidance to both the business and the SAP support teams.
• Delivering security and authorizations support for new project releases.
• Responsible for ensuring prompt resolution of security and authorizations incidents.
• Provide support to user departments in achieving the approved company authorization objectives.
• Provide user support in understanding processes related to SAP Authorization.
• Responsible for ensuring SAP security compliance to internal controls and good practice implementation in SAP authorization policies to mitigate business risk
Your skills and experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Authorization, 5 years in SAP ABAP development, 3-5 years in SAP Security and 5 years in SAP Basis
• Ideally also good experiences in SAP HANA development
• Experience with SAP FIORI and UI5 development
• Experience in managing users and roles in SAP NetWeaver systems
• Very good experience in SAP/IT -security and risk management; solid understanding of authorization and security
• Experience in largely distributed teams and complex environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Communication and consulting skills
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people
• Good negotiation skills
• A good business understanding would be useful
• Team work skills and ability to manage cross-cultural teams
• Good organization and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding in role provisioning processes using third party tools
• Ideally experience in the use of security tools such as Xiting and general knowledge of firefighter processes
• Knowledge of processes from ITIL for Service Operation tasks
• Support of auditing and adhoc analysis requests in the area of Identity & Access Management
• Experience in international (partial) project management for SAP authorization, e.g. in the S/4HANA and Fiori environment
• Experience in the technical migration to S/4HANA and role-specific focus on Fi-CO processes (experienced with role derivation concepts in large organizations)
• Support and independent takeover of ChaRM processes for role transports
• Familiar with SAP SUIM, SAP GRC, SAP PFCG
• JIRA/Confluence
• Good experience in MS office products
