Description
We are seeking a Tech Lead to work as part of our Tech team to build scalable, stable and secure solutions in the HR Tech domain in agile environment. The role holder will also anchor the design, architecture and overall management of the HR platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Own the end to end product development and delivery, including customer need identification, functional specifications and development of solutions for microservices clusters.
2. Act as a catalyst for cross functional and cross organizational collaboration. Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project phase
3. Develop and champion product strategy for microservices clusters, along with architectural vision and development roadmap.
4. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for multiple squads
5. Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
6. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with Bank's strategy
7. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
8. Work closely with HR team to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and drive ROI
9. Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities in HR Apps
10. Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
11. Research and analyze market, the users, and develop the roadmap for product enhancements
