Position: Microsoft .NET Technical lead
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Business analysts, developers, external teams and to deliver high quality, robust technical solutions in a controlled, transparent and actively risk managed fashion.
• The production of technical specifications derived from functional specifications produced by the business analysis team.
• Design and deliver high quality code
• Help with Database design.
• Ability to guide the team technically and also help them technically.
• Definition and adherence to programming standards
• Unit and integration testing of developed code
• Code Reviews
• Daily Interaction with various teams within the organization.
• Work with cross functional teams like Tech Services, Build teams etc. to ensure that deployment is successful across environments.
Requirement/Qualification:
• 7+ years of total IT experience
• Strong on C#, ASP.NET, OOPS, and XML
• Good exposure to SQL Server, Oracle
• Good exposure JavaScript, HTML,CSS, JQuery
• Web application development experience is must.
• Work in an Agile based development mode
• Knowledge of Mainframe Integration is desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Able to work in a team environment
