Roles and Responsibilities
This role will be to lead digital program initiatives and re-image customer journeys. Role would require excellent understanding of technology, Excellent delivery management and lead a development team or Agile Squad. Person in this role would be required to work closely with Product teams, co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
Experience
• Strong experience in banking domain and expertise in Digital implementations, experience in Assets, Payments, Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Expertise and knowledge in new age and cutting-edge technologies in building digital Applications.
• Experience in Delivery management, Project management, Team management and Review the development team’s outcome.
• Experience in Agile/iterative process
• Should have Implementation experience or knowledge in Java, Mico Services, DevOps,
• Cloud (AWS/Azure), CICD, API, Database etc
• The ideal candidate combines strong business and technical skills with project management and ability to influence others; should be able to take decision independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
