Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into scalable TMS solution designs.
Develop end-to-end solution blueprints, including process flows, functional specifications, and high-level technical architecture.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations on how TMS capabilities can be leveraged to improve service levels, reduce cost, and enable growth.
TMS Technology Leadership & Architecture:
Serve as the functional and technical lead for Blue Yonder TMS within the organization.
Define and govern TMS architecture standards, configuration guidelines, and best practices.
Design scalable, resilient Blue Yonder TMS architectures that support multi-site, multi-business-unit operations.
Evaluate new Blue Yonder features, releases, and related technologies, making recommendations for adoption and roadmap alignment.
Provide architectural oversight to ensure solutions are supportable, secure, and aligned with enterprise IT standards.

Proactively identify opportunities to optimize transportation planning, execution, and visibility through system enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging TMS data, analytics, and automation.
Support, Governance & Continuous Improvement:
Provide senior-level support for complex production issues, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.
Establish governance processes for change management, enhancements, and release planning.
Ensure high system availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Act as the escalation point for TMS-related functional and technical issues.

Mentor and coach Business Systems Analysts and junior TMS resources, fostering skill development and best practices.
Lead knowledge transfer activities to ensure sustainable internal ownership of the TMS platform.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration:
Serve as the primary liaison between IT, transportation operations, finance, and external vendors.
Lead design and review workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Manage and coordinate work performed by external Blue Yonder consultants and technology partners.
EDUCATION:
