Enterprise Cloud Platforms Team (ECP):
Enterprise Cloud Platforms team in the CTI organization offers Private and Public Cloud platforms for Bank of America’s developers to drive faster time-to-market, innovation with private and public cloud capabilities, and reduce complexity with built-in integrations. We believe in high quality engineering culture to engineer our platforms with customer and platform mindset, design for large enterprise scale and resilience, and accelerate market innovation into the technical platforms we deliver.
As part of this team, you will have a large impact on the evolution of next generation Cloud and Container services for Bank of America and explore an extensive list of new technologies that will drive innovation across our company.

Job Description
Responsible for testing and delivering software to accomplish business outcomes. Ensures software is tested to meet all functional and non-functional requirements. Defines manual tests and executes both manual and automated test suites. Develops detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
Responsibilities
• Provide leadership to Quality Assurance team.
• People management, mentoring & coaching.
• Manage Quality Assurance & Testing Automation for Cloud platform.
• Lead by example and contribute with technical hands on as when required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical resources.
• Must have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Train existing resources/new resources on the Automation frame work
• Integrate new application test suites with Litmus
• Review bitbucket feature files, branching strategy, maintain bitbucket branches
• Create automation reports, help QA management to achieve automation goals
• Ensure that all system deliverables meet quality objectives in functionality, performance, stability, security accessibility, and data quality.
• Provide work breakdown and estimates for tasks on agreed scope and development milestones to meet overall project timelines.
Requirements:
Education B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA
Experience Range 12-15 years
Certifications if any - Certification on Automation Testing is nice to have.
Foundational Skills
• Strong Automation Framework hands on with 12+ years of experience in managing organizational level Automation Framework solutions
• Programming or scripting skills in Python/Powershell and SQL
• Experience in leading the team.
• Experience in designing Automation frameworks for Terraform.
• Interpret functional requirements and designs to plan, develop, write, execute, and automate functional and data validation test plans.
• Experience on Automation testing on Cloud Platforms.
• Experience on using Terraform.
• Execute and evaluate automated test cases and report test results.
• Build re-usable automation tests/test scripts using Selenium with python
• Good Leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with the Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Highly detailed oriented.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong willingness & comfort taking on and challenging development approaches
