Document, Content and Records services provide technology platform for managing the digital document lifecycle for bank documents. This includes composing a document, capturing document, providing a storage repository and ability to search , retrieve and view the document. The capability also includes eSignature and Data extraction from documents.Job DescriptionAs a Tech Lead/Manager will supervise a team of around 10 team members working in agile setup and in globally distributed teamsResponsibilities will include people management (day to day, performance, career, hiring etc.) as well as technical lead responsibility ranging from software architecture, planning, coding, testing and defects resolution for both- existing applications as well as new initiatives.Team will be doing the development (from concept to release) and the maintenance (fixes, updates and enhancements) for a wide variety of software components actively used in multiple applications.ResponsibilitiesRole will require to collaborate across the time zones, with other technology partners and Lines of businesses. Establish strong routines and collaboration with business technology leads and managers. Role will also need to work with third party and partners.Will be involved in designing / developing / maintaining applications for Document, Content and Record Services group. This is primarily a technical lead / manager role and the person should be able to lead teams to independently analyze and gather requirement, estimate work , plan schedule, write unit test cases, document low level design specs coordinate with multiple teams, attend technical meetings, write and test code to satisfy both functional and performance requirements, provide deployment build and release documentation. Should be able to multi task with more than one project at a time. Should be familiar with the entire SDLC of a project. The role would also involve troubleshooting of urgent production issues during deployment, major system down time.RequirementsEducationBE/MCACertifications If AnyPMP/ACP OR SCRUM MASTER certification is preferredExperience Range10 - 12 YearsFoundational skillsExpert
