Role Description
Tax technology includes reporting and withholding functions cutting across various business lines - like CB, IB and WM. It involves delivering large scale program and projects for FATCA/CRS and US reporting and withholding automation initiatives.
We are looking for a Lead BFA and Product Owner with 15+ years of experience in Tax technology under Investment banking vertical preferably 6+ year of experience tax reporting (FATCA/CRS/US Tax etc)

Your key responsibilities
• Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Works with cross-functional teams including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
• Provide all required status update to the project team, user and various level of management
• Manage work of Sprint development team and Business Analysts team
• Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.
• Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Leads the product functional design process based on an ******** knowledge of the users and technology.
• Well versed in writing and reviewing requirement documents, functional specifications, coordinating workshops and obtaining signoff and review project plans.
Your skills and experience
• Overall 15+ years of experience in investment banking domain.
• 6+ year of experience in FATCA and CRS Regulation and US Tax
• Experienced in managing teams, project delivery and working in Agile projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT stakeholders in managing Product Backlogs, prioritization and delivery.
• Experience in team allocation, estimation and hiring
• Excellent documentation skills and communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• Experience in documenting & revieing business requirements, functional specifications, business flows and project plans.
• Good to have the Scrum master or PO certification
• Strong data analysis skills - Queries, Joins, SQL Developer, Python
