Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Role & Responsibilities:-
• Candidate should have technical knowledge of Application, Database, Servers, Storage, Cloud, AWS, Network Support etc and basic troubleshooting Knowledge.
• Candidate should have troubleshooting skills i.e. Logs analysis and troubleshooting and conclude RCAs
• Candidate should have experience on Investigate and diagnose Incidents to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible.
• Able to manages and coordinates all activities necessary to control, track and audit Changes in the environment. SOPs for all applications which is running in the bank
• Strong knowledge of Alert Monitoring, Application availability, Incident, Problem change management
• Maintaining incident logs and processing incident reports for review with senior management
• Able to communicate planned & unplanned service-impacting events via various channels like email, phone, Whats up, available workarounds, and upcoming releases expected to resolve issues
• Understanding of AWR analysis.
• Strong working experience with vendors regarding uptime and quality of services and SLA.
• Conduct continuous process improvement for the Incident Management Life Cycle and Incident Post Mortem process
• Candidate should be well worse with Excel, Outlook, Office to complete day to day task.
• Good written and verbal communication
• Candidate Must be flexible to work to work in a 247 environment. (In Shifts)
Relevant Experience: -
• Minimum 2+ years exp in IT and basic knowledge of Alert monitoring, Incident, Problem, Change configuration management, Root cause analysis , Log analysis, understanding of AWR analysis etc
• Strong understanding of technical knowledge of Network, Servers, Database, Storage, Application, Cloud AWS Support etc and basic troubleshooting Knowledge.
• Monitor and verify integrity and availability of all the network, applications, and services across the business scope (OS, oracle databases, web servers and network devices) in a 247365 environment
• Conducts reviews of the Problem Management process and participates in Major Incident Problem reviews
Skills & Competencies:
