Technology Program Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Program Manager to work closely with our CEO, GM-India, Sales Directors, and Product Management team to manage and coordinate the development efforts of our tech team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams ensuring that project goals are met on time and within scope while maintaining a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and process improvement. This role is a critical link between GloCoach leadership and the Development team, embodying the spirit of collaboration and growth that defines our organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects and product development sprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

· Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with the Product Management team.

· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

· Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

· Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Ensure the Scrum process is followed and help the team optimize their workflow.

· Remove impediments and shield the team from distractions allowing them to focus on their work.

· Coach the team in Agile practices and principles, ensuring continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

· Act as the main point of contact between the tech team and the CEO, Sales Directors, and Product Management team.

· Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

· Work closely with the Sales Directors and Product Management team to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the tech team.

· Build strong relationships with the CEO and the extended leadership team, thereby strengthening ties to GloCoach.

Team Collaboration:

· Foster a collaborative environment within the tech team and between the tech team and other departments.

· Ensure that the team understands the business goals and works towards achieving them.

· Assist in resource allocation and manage team workloads to optimize productivity.

· Secure the confidence and loyalty of the Technical Team, promoting a leadership-focused culture.

Process Improvement:

· Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and techniques.

· Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

· Identify and implement best practices to enhance project delivery and team performance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar role in a tech environment.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

· Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

· Experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven company.

· Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.

· Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
