We are hiring for an HR Consultant with strong experience in technical hiring/Hard core Android Mobile Framework Recruitment.
Good to Have HR Consulting firm or recruitment Management firm experience.

@5 Days Working, Leaves: 1 ML for Female Candidates Plus 2 Leaves Accrual Per Month
@Location: Noida Sector 58, MIQB (Landmark- HDB Finance)
@Day Shift - Normal Working Hours; +:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage hirings for Android Mobile Framework/Telecommunication clients across India.
• Will be directly involved in Head Hunting, Mapping and Industry Research.
• Actively use Job Boards, Portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Google for identifying candidates and various portals.
• Understand and analyse overall Clients' needs and requirements.
• With the use of various tools and innovative recruiting styles, review and present the screened candidates to the clients.
• Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with candidates.
• Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Practice Head.
• End to End coordination from client and candidate side
• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
• Meeting the defined time frame for the assignments.
Desired Skills:
• 6-10 Years in Telecommunication Recruitment Consulting Firms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent in Linkedin and Naukri plus Boolean syntaxes design required.
• Must be from Engineering Educational background i.e., B.tech - CS/IT/EC/ME/Electrical Streams only. If from a software development profile, it will be preferred
