Job Description Summary
The End User Computing (EUC) Collaboration & Devices SRE team provides the 2nd/3rd line support for the Bank's end-user production services. The team is responsible for the end-to-end product ownership, service design, support for client and server issues, investigating service related Incidents for full RCA and remediation of eDiscovery compliance issues.
The SME will be responsible for:
The Real Time Communications Subject Matter Expert (SME) will work as part of the Real Time Communications SRE team providing 3rd line support for our Real Time communications platforms and related RTC applications and system as well as supporting technologies including compliance capture, integration with our telephony and video conferencing backbones.
The SME will be responsible for:
• The troubleshooting and resolution of issues with the Real Time Communications platforms, supporting services and dependencies
• Performing security administration tasks, such as certificate renewals, on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels
• Performing disaster recovery testing on a periodic basis in line with agreed service levels
• Patching, maintenance, and remediation on the Real Time Communications platforms and supporting services
• Providing efficient, effective, and timely support to compliance and legal on surveillance activities and data discovery requests and investigations
• Ensuring production installations of the platforms and additional components are compliant with the Bank's information security standards
• Providing support of release of changes into the production environment. Managing and improving the operational run books and supporting documentation
• Engagement and Collaboration with other internal operation teams to deliver a stable and resilient application environment

Role Requirements
Technical skills - essential:
Demonstrable experience in upgrading, installing, configuring and supporting some or all of the technologies employed within Deutsche Bank's Real Time Communications strategy, including:
• Microsoft Teams,
• Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
• Movius and cellular voice, messaging technologies
• Symphony, Cloud+ trader communication products
• Zoom Meetings, Webinar and Events platforms
• Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM, Acano Manager, CMS, VQ, TMS) products
