About the Position:
We are working with a Chicago-based global law firm that has an immediate need for a technology transactions/information technology lawyer to join its growing practice as a mid-level associate in Chicago. This premier innovative practice represents major companies and financial institutions in high-value technology contracts and initiatives and has top rankings from Chambers and Legal 500, among others.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on a range of complex commercial transactions involving IT outsourcing, digital platform and other hosted service agreements, business process outsourcing, facilities management outsourcing, data center leasing, technology licensing, cloud computing, and privacy and security issues
Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 5 years of law firm experience with data, digital services, outsourcing and software transactions, (including SaaS/cloud subscriptions, AI and data analytics, ITO/BPO managed services, digital collaborations, and software license, development and implementation agreements)
· Strong academic credentials
