The opportunity
• Java Application Support Senior Full Stack
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant technical experience in Java Application Support Full Stack
Your Key Responsibilities
• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using Java programming languages
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts and on-call support.
• Good experience in delivering Application development or enhancement work, right from requirement gathering, creation of Specification document, Approval process, development or configuration, collaborating with other integrated modules, end to end Testing, UAT support, defect fix, approval process for production release, deployment, Postproduction support etc
• Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles
• Ability to manage cross functional and technical team, give them directions and drive functional and technical discussions with various stake holders
• Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
Skills And Attributes For Success
• At least 3 years of experience with building and deploying solutions based on Cloud (must have)
• General working knowledge with the Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, and React.js.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer or Application Developer in java Full stack
• Solid experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs
• Good SQL skill
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
• Have exposure to working in shifts and on-call support.
To qualify for the role, you must have
