Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Fluency in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
