Urgently require candidates for U.S.A/Canada tele calling process in company
Manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
Previous experience in a Service support role is a plus
Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH
One year of experience in the role
Fixed Night shift (Mon-Fri) and fixed Saturday - Sunday off.,
