Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at CircusInc Events. As a Tele Caller, your day-to-day tasks will include making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting our event management services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. You will be responsible for maintaining a database of contacts, providing information about our events, and answering any queries potential clients may have. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients over the phone are essential for this role.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM systems
• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing
• Knowledge of event management industry and trends
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
