Create awareness among prospective youth regarding the opportunity, access and benefits of vocational education
Counsel high school students on right career path to build a sustainable and rewarding livelihood
Understand the objectives and goals of the project
Build rapport with schools and ITIs staff, their Directorates in and around Lucknow
Adhere to the travel schedule prepared for demo and make necessary intimation to the schools/locations to be visited • Conduct the demo/information dissemination sessions as per defined process
Conduct psychometric assessment of the candidates as per defined process and forward the responses for analysis
Collect the data of the candidates attending demo as per pre-defined formats
Maintain database of the students attending demo activities and forward the same to project manager in prescribed format and frequency
Maintain the demo van and equipment inside it in proper condition. Follow defined processes to store and transport the equipment
Check the availability of required consumables for demo sessions and fulfill the shortfall as per requirement in discussion with project manager
Plan, raise requests and submit the utilization report on consumables like petrol/diesel with relevant bills
