Job Description
• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, assisting customers to complete their Incomplete loan applications.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, explain process on call and guide them the application process
• Build relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
• Average Communication skill required, Hindi and regional languages
• Good Problem-solving skills over the call
• High energy level
