Job Description
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and updates in our CRM system.
Address and resolve any questions or concerns from leads in a professional manner.
Work closely with the clients' sales teams to provide updates and insights on lead status.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets and follow-up goals as set by clients.
Provide feedback to clients on lead quality and suggest improvements based on interactions.
