Job Description
Make daily outbound calls to new and existing leads from the CRM to introduce our jewellery collections and offers, and understand their requirements.
Call existing and loyal customers after purchase to take feedback, resolve issues, and encourage repeat buying or referrals.
Maintain accurate records of every call, follow-up date, and customer notes in the CRM/Excel/WhatsApp tools you use.
Send catalogues, collection updates, and personalised recommendations to repeat and VIP customers through WhatsApp/email as per schedule.
