Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers for outstanding payment reminders and collection follow-ups
Coordinate with clients to confirm receipt of goods
Handle customer queries related to billing, delivery, and payments
Book and manage appointments for visits or further discussions
Maintain proper records of calls, commitments, and follow-ups
Ensure timely updates to the accounts and sales team
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, English & Bengali
Prior experience in telecalling / collections preferred
Basic knowledge of billing and payment processes
Polite, confident, and result-oriented approach
Ability to handle pressure and follow up consistently
Job Type: Full-time
Nature of Job: Non-target based (preferred)
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
