Responsibilities and Duties
Manage sales goal achievement through :
- Recruiting agents/pos/dealers for company business.
- Achieve individual sales target in month wise 50 agents recruitment's.
- Recruit qualified agents inline with manpower targets through recruitment support and own referrals.
- Set weekly production target for team of agents.
- Identify agents development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training.
- Develop agents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Essential Attributes : -
- Candidate should have stability in his career otherwise he will be rejected.
- Candidate must be known from Insurance background. Preferable BPO and Insurance industries.
Additional Qualifiers : -
- A Graduate in any stream.
- in the Age bracket 24 years to 40 years Essential
- Should be staying in the city for last 2 years at least Essential
- Should be able to understand English & Hindi ( Speak and Write or Write)
- Must be stable in Present Company Essential
- Candidate should be Min. 1 year experience in BPO sector.
- Candidate have knowledge of work on excel or online.
