• Experience - 2 years of experience only in customer service.
• Shifts - 247 rotational
• Week off - 2 rotational week offs
• Comms level - STRICTLY Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 (no compromise on quality of comms)

VISA VERIFICATION PROCESS
Process : Visa Verification Support (Voice)
• Shift Timing : 8AM till 5PM
• Working Days : 5
• Week Off : Sat/Sun fixed off
• Qualification :HSC/Graduate
• Experience: Fresher or Experience with excellent communication
• Salary Fresher:14K
• Salary Experience- up to 17k
• Note : Work from office Fully Vaccinated
• Communication has to be good, no average Communication
Process : SHIELD (Retentions) voice
• Shift Window : 24/7
• Working Days : 5
• Week Offs : Any two (Rotational week offs)
• Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6months Inbound Voice Experience Mandatory
• Voice Selects Only(Excellent Communication)
• Salary up to 30K In hand depending on the last drawn package
Process : IHC US shift ( 80% Calls and 20% Emails) Blended Profile
• Shift Timing : US shift 5:30 pm to 2:30 am +:00 pm to 6:30 am (Any + hours)
• Working Days : 5
• Week Offs : Sat/Sun fixed
• HSC/Graduate with Minimum 1 year international experience mandatory
• Excellent Communication Mandat ( Voice Selects Only)
• Experience/Relieving letter is mandatory
• Salary upto 22k Inhand, depending on the last drawn package
