Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products or services
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with the necessary information
Use persuasive language to convince customers to make a purchase or set an appointment
Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns or customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's database
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management
Provide feedback to the management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding call scripting, customer service, and sales techniques
Attend training sessions and meetings to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service or sales role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to use persuasive language and handle objections
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹120,000.00 - ₹175,000.00 per year
