Job Description
We are seeking an experienced telecaller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and generating sales. The telecaller will be expected to achieve sales targets, maintain customer relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales
• Follow up on leads provided by the company
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the company database
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Provide product information and pricing to customers
• Keep up-to-date with product information and pricing changes
• Attend regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales skills and techniques
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent
