CTC Range INR 2.4 - 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Inbound/Outbound calling on leads generated by the Company
Key Responsibilities through marketing efforts to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure
Clearly and effectively communicating & counseling prospects with respect to products information or queries
Ensure follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, requirement, sources, etc.
Counseling Hot Digital leads to pitch home loan products & ensure its closure centrally
Evaluating basic creditworthiness & eligibility of a customer based on profile, basic documents & monthly income
Direct prospects to the branch sales team & follow up with them
Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis

DESIRED PROFILE
Must have Qualification: Graduate from any stream
Competencies Skills: Computer Knowledge, Good Communication Skills
Personal Attributes: Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated,
persuasive, energetic, persistence, ambitious, keen learner, ability to perform under pressure, soft spoken, polite & a good listener
Languages : English and Hindi /Marathi / Gujarati / Tamil /Telugu /
Kannada
Confidence and ability to sell the products
Ability to think on feet and understand the customers requirements
Note Freshers/Experienced both can apply
