We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information.
Follow up on leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
Achieve monthly targets for calls and sales.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and processes.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, and English.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM systems.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is beneficial but not required. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
