Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in our IT training programs or who are part of our lead database.
Information Sharing: Provide detailed information about our courses, curriculum, trainers, and benefits to potential students. Address their queries and concerns effectively.
Lead Conversion: Convincingly communicate the value of our training programs and guide potential students through the enrollment process.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates to keep them engaged and address any hesitations they may have.
Database Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions and update the lead database with relevant information.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align your efforts with ongoing campaigns and strategies.
Targets: Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the institute.
Job Specification :
Strong Communication Skills
Qualification : Any Bachelor's Degree
Prior experience in IT Institute / Finance / BPO preferred
Great Interpersonal skill
Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi
