Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling our products or services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build report with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
Explain the product or service features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Answer questions and provide additional information to customers as needed.
Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
Obtain and update customer information in the database.
Meet daily and weekly call quotas.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or telemarketer.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
