To engage with customers on calls and generate leads , provide them proper resolution for their queries.
Desired Candidate Profile :
English Reading, writing and speaking is must
Good communication skills.
Undergraduates, Graduates both can apply.
Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
Any candidate Fresher with good command over English language or BPO voice process experience would be considered.
Flexible to work in 247 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
