Position: Telecaller Executive
Location: 3rd Floor, 40th Cross Rd, 5th Block, Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560041

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
- Follow up with leads and assist in conversions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English,Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
