The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales over the phone. Responsibilities: • Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products/services • Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers • Answer questions about products/services and pricing • Obtain customer information and maintain a database of contacts • Keep accurate records of calls and sales • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation skills • Ability to work well in a team environment • Self-motivated and target-driven • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Food provided • Internet reimbursement • Paid sick time Schedule: • Day shift Supplemental pay types: • Performance bonus • Quarterly bonus • Shift allowance • Yearly bonus Experience: • total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
