Job Description
Conduct Inbound/Outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products & services.
Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Handle objections and address customer concerns effectively to close leads.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
